Meet Rebecca, whose unwavering belief in the power of youth fuels her leadership journey. As the youngest-ever Vice President of Amnesty International's NSW Activism and Leadership Committee, she mentors young activists and coordinates events to amplify youth voices in human rights campaigns. Rebecca also founded Youth 4 Difference, a non-profit organisation empowering young people to get involved in volunteering. 


Her leadership extends to the Willoughby Youth Advisory Group, where she leads the development of youth-focused policies and community events, including a peer mentoring program aimed at bridging gaps in educational and wellbeing services for rural communities. 


Known for her empathy, compassion, and ability to connect with others, Rebecca is passionate about mobilising teams toward meaningful change. Despite being called ambitious and daring, she views these traits as assets, always pushing herself to break new ground and challenge the status quo.
